These baked apple chips are so easy to make and so healthy. A great sweet, crunchy all-natural snack for any occasion. Great for kids too!
Here's how to make them:
Ingredients
2-3 apples (I prefer Red Delicious or Honeycrisp, the sweeter the better!)
Cinnamon and sugar (sugar is optional if you want lower carb)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 225° F.
Core the apples using a knife or apple corer. Slice the apples thin - a mandoline comes in handy here!
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake for 45 minutes.
