Baked Apple Chips



These baked apple chips are so easy to make and so healthy. A great sweet, crunchy all-natural snack for any occasion. Great for kids too!


Here's how to make them:


Ingredients


  • 2-3 apples (I prefer Red Delicious or Honeycrisp, the sweeter the better!)

  • Cinnamon and sugar (sugar is optional if you want lower carb)


Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 225° F.

  2. Core the apples using a knife or apple corer. Slice the apples thin - a mandoline comes in handy here!

  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake for 45 minutes.
