Baked Kale Chips

These Kale Chips are so healthy and delicious! Crunchy and addicting too. My son who doesn't like kale LOVES these. And so easy to make.

Here's how to make them:

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh kale

  • 1 TBS olive oil (or olive oil spray if you want to cut calories)

  • 1 TSP seasoned salt

  • 1 TSP garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale. If you have one, a salad spinner makes this process easy. Drizzle the kale with olive oil (or spray to cover) and sprinkle with the seasoning salt and garlic powder.

  3. Bake until the edges are brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Be careful not to burn them.

Did you make this? Post pics in the comments!
